Dr Simone Mueller is a guest lecturer at A&F Marketing. She holds an Adjunct Senior Research Fellowship at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science at the University of South Australia, where she was a Senior Lecturer and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Her research examines consumers' food purchase behaviour and her current projects focus on sensory and non-sensory food choice drivers for wine, beef and seafood. A number of recent projects analyse the influence of organic, environmental and sustainable food claims on consumers' food choice. Dr Mueller has published in academic journals such as Marketing Letters, Food Quality and Preference, the Australasian Marketing Journal, the Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research and she currently serves as a guest editor for a special issue of the International Journal of Wine Business Research.
